With a strong background of over 10 years in ICU nursing, Alyssa initially explored aesthetics as a personal hobby. Her natural affinity for injection techniques and a deep understanding of facial anatomy quickly revealed her innate talent within the beauty industry. Her dedication to fostering an informed, transparent, and relaxed environment for aesthetic treatments has not only attracted a faithful clientele but has also led to the remarkable growth of Avere Beauty. Alyssa has successfully expanded Avere Beauty into a thriving team of 17 talented & dedicated women, all committed to helping others become the most confident versions of themselves.

Medical Director Dr. Luciano is one of the top performing general surgeons in Pittsburgh. A Rutgers graduate, Dr. Luciano saw a missing link when every derm clinic was on a 3 month wait for an appointment. He wanted to bring skin care to everyone with a hybrid medical & dermatological pracitce.

Ravyn Patrick
RN | Injector Ravyn began her nursing career after graduating from Waynesburg University, spending two years in pediatrics before discovering the world of aesthetics through her own experiences with lip filler and Botox. This revelation led her to become an aesthetic nurse in 2022, a role she embraces with passion. For Ravyn, the most rewarding aspect of her job is boosting her clients' confidence.

NP | Intake Coordinator Amanda has been a nurse for 10 years, spending most of her career in intensive care and cardiology before obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2022. She loves working alongside the best injectors keeping our clients dafe, all while enhancing their natural beauty.
Siix Mangery
NP | Injector With over seven years of nursing experience, Siix has been a dedicated professional in the field. She achieved her Bachelor's degree in 2018 and went on to earn her Master's in May 2023. Siix began her journey as an aesthetic nurse with Avere Beauty at the start of 2022, a path she proudly shares alongside her sister-in-law, Diana!

RN MSN | Injector With more than 12 years in nursing, Diana has dedicated the majority of her career to critical care, transitioning to aesthetics over the last three years. Committed to excellence, she continuously strives to enhance her skills as a provider. Diana has built an impressive clientele at our Export location, where she is celebrated for her kind nature and outstanding customer service, making her a cherished member of our team.
Cait Lazzaro
NP | Injector With a decade of nursing experience, Cait has honed her skills across a diverse range of specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and quality assurance. Her passion for aesthetics was sparked by her first experience with lip injections on her 30th birthday, opening her eyes to the importance of self-care. Motivated by this personal transformation, Cait embarked on her aesthetic nursing journey at the beginning of 2022, eager to empower others to discover their own paths to wellness and confidence.
